Monet Medical, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this Monet Medical, Inc. reconditioned product will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve months (or 10,000 hours for ventilators), from the date if its shipment from Monet Medical, Inc. to the original purchaser. If this product proves to be defective, purchaser may return same to Monet Medical, Inc. for repair or replacement, at Monet Medical Inc.'s option. All returns must be authorized in advance by Monet Medical, Inc. The liability of Monet Medical, Inc. under this limited product warranty does not extend to any abuse or misuse of this product or its repair by anyone other than an authorized Monet Medical, Inc. representative.
