This unit is the heart of any Intensive Care or Cardiac Care Unit. This unit comes in either the M2350A (Monochrome) or the M2360A (Color) display option. This unit is capable of monitoring up to eight bedsides and can be used in conjunction with another similar unit to expand the monitoring capability to up to sixteen beds. The unit is supplied with a thermal recorder, which can be expanded to include an optional second recorder. This unit easily connects to the HP Care-Net system and can, in real time monitor any patient connected to the network. The Central Station Monitor uses an arrhythmia detection algorithm, which is designed to detect ventricular arrhythmias in paced as well as non-paced adult patients.
